Our qualified teachers and educators come from diverse backgrounds and assist children to become lifelong learners by providing programs that promote:
Responsive and meaningful interactions build trusting relationships that engage and support each child to feel secure, confident and included.
Each child is supported to build and maintain sensitive and responsive relationships.
Children are supported to collaborate, learn from and help each other.
As an owner of the business, I have had experience in management and finance from a very young age growing up in the childcare industry. I studied Business management in France and I also have a commercial Pilots license. I first started working in the family business as a finance manager then pursued a career overseas managing Hotels.
Burnside Advanced Early Learning centre is a family owned business and as one of the owners I pride myself on providing our children high quality care, safe environment, ongoing growth and improvements to our facility.
I strongly believe that children who feel safe and happy are more open to learning.
I began my career in early childhood education and care over a decade ago, and now I have the opportunity to lead Burnside Advanced Early Learning Centre. My goal is to provide high-quality care in a happy, safe environment where children learn and grow through play. Before entering the childcare industry, I gained experience as a criminologist and expert in policing strategies as well as criminal justice.
My passion is to continue providing high-quality care for all children and to offer the best support to families, educators, staff, the centre as a whole, and, most importantly, the children. As director, I understand how precious your children are to you, and I take our responsibilities seriously.
If you are looking for a centre that provides exceptional care, I invite you to come in and meet me and my team. I look forward to welcoming you to our Burnside Advanced Early Learning Centre.
